Legal Policies - Terms and Conditions, Terms of purchase and Privacy policy

Your Legal Policies are the terms and conditions, terms of purchase and privacy policy that appear on the public registration page. Families must accept these before submitting a registration. This is where you define your cancellation policy, payment terms, liability disclaimer, and any other conditions of enrollment.

Add or edit your legal policies

1. Go to Settings → General Settings → Legal policies
2. Choose the policy you want to update by clicking it
3. If it is the first time you are editing the policy, you will come straight into edit mode. Else, click Edit
4. Choose if you want the policy to be shown for customers
5. Choose if you want to link to an external document, or use the text editor
6. Save

Use text editor

Write or copy paste your policy here if you want Lime Sportadmin to host your policy file. When the user clicks on the file they will be directed to a Lime Sportadmin-hosted page.

If you already have your policies on an external page, for example your website, you can link to them directly here. In this case you need to be careful not to break the link by for example changing the url.

Tip: Have your legal policies reviewed by a lawyer familiar with Dutch consumer law (consumentenrecht) and the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) requirements before publishing.
