Last updated 29 May 2026
Lime Sportadmin is a management platform for swim schools. As a club administrator, you manage everything from swim programs and class scheduling to student registrations, invoicing, and communication — all in one place.
Main sections
The left-hand sidebar gives you access to all parts of the system:
- Home — Your dashboard with a quick overview of recent activity.
- Classes & Lessons — All recurring swim classes, grouped by day of the week. This is where you create and manage classes, view upcoming lessons, and record attendance.
- Calendar — A visual calendar (week, month, day, or list view) showing all scheduled lessons.
- Students — The full list of enrolled students, including their personal details, guardian contacts, class assignments, and payment history.
- Instructors — The list of instructors, including their certifications and record extracts.
- Registrations — The waitlist of people who have signed up online but have not yet been placed in a class.
- Finance — Invoice management, including creating invoices, tracking payment status, and sending reminders.
- Communication — Compose and send emails to students, parents, or entire class groups.
- Settings — Configure programs, locations, the public registration page, legal policies, and company details.
Typical admin workflow
A typical week as a swim school admin looks like this:
- Check Registrations for new waitlist sign-ups and assign students to available classes.
- Review Classes & Lessons to confirm that upcoming lessons are correctly scheduled.
- After a lesson takes place, verify that attendance was recorded under Classes & Lessons → Lessons.
- Use Finance to create or send invoices for new students.
- Use Communication to send updates or reminders to student groups.
Tip: Lessons are generated automatically when you create a class — you do not need to add them manually. The system always keeps lessons scheduled a year ahead.
