Before you start adding students and classes, there are a few things to configure in Settings. This guide walks you through the recommended setup order.

1. Add your company details

Go to Settings → General Settings → Company Details and click Edit.

Fill in:

  • Company name
  • Phone number
  • Email address (visible on invoices)
  • Office address
  • Facebook and Instagram URLs (optional)
  • Authorized signatory — the person legally responsible for the organisation (name, role, email, phone)

Your company details appears on all invoices, emails and other places where the program displays contact details. Make sure they are correct.

2. Set up your programs

  1. Go to Settings → Class Settings → Programs
  2. Click + Create program
  3. Fill in the Program name (up to 50 characters)
  4. Decide if the program charges Lesson fee or Fixed fee. See description below.
  5. Enter the Lesson fee/Fixed fee in euros — this is the price charged per lesson or month
  6. Click Save

The program is now active and available when creating classes.

Choose between Lesson fee or Fixed fee If you charge students per lesson, the fee is multiplied with the number of lessons in a given month. For example, if the lesson fee is €10 and there is 4 lessons scheduled in a month, €10 x 4 will be charged. If there is 5 lessons in the next month, €10 x 5 will be charged instead. If you select this option, write the fee for the individual lesson in the fee field.

If you charge the student a fixed fee per month, the fee does not change depending on the number of lessons. For example €40 will be charged every month, no matter the amount of lessons. If you select this option, write the fee for the whole month in the fee field.

3. Add your location(s)

Go to Settings → Class Settings → Locations & Areas and click + Add location.

Add each facility where you teach. Locations appear in the class scheduler and on the registration page so families can filter by preferred pool.

4. Configure your registration page

Go to Settings → Registration Settings → Registration page.

This is the public page where students sign up to join your waitlist. You can customise:

  • Header style — Single color or Two-tone
  • Base colour — Your brand colour (hex code)
  • Title and subtitle — The headline and tagline on the page
  • Button text — e.g. "Find your class" or "Sign up now"
  • Main page text — A short welcome paragraph

To save changes, click Save. You can always take a look at how it turned out by clicking View registration page

Go to Settings → General Settings → Legal Policies and add your terms and conditions, privacy policy and terms of purchase. These are shown to anyone signing up on the registration page.

Once all five steps are done, you are ready to create classes and accept registrations.
