Locations and Areas - Managing Your physical locations

Locations are the physical swimming pools or facilities where your classes are held. They appear in the class schedule, on the registration page, and in student profiles.

View your locations

Go to Settings → Class Settings → Locations & Areas.

The list shows all active locations with their name and address URL (if configured).

Add a new location

1. Go to Settings → Class Settings → Locations & Areas
2. Click + Add location
3. Fill in the location name (e.g. "Amsterdam Bad 1", "Utrecht – Big Pool")
4. Optionally add an address or website URL
5. Save

The location is now available when creating classes and on the registration page filter.

Inactive locations

If you stop using a pool, you can inactivate the location:

• Click the ⋯ menu next to the location
• Select Inactivate

Inactive locations no longer appear in the class creation dropdown or on the registration page. To see them, toggle Show inactive at the top of the list.

Naming conventions

Use clear, consistent names that families will recognise — ideally the official name of the swimming facility. Examples:

• "Amsterdam Bad 1" (specific lane or pool area at a facility)
• "Utrecht – Big Pool"
• "Haarlem Zwembad De Houtvaart"

If a facility has multiple pools or lanes (e.g. a learner pool and a main pool), you can add them as separate locations.

Locations and the registration page

When families register online, they can filter available programs by location. Keeping location names accurate and recognisable helps families find the right programme for their local pool.
