Programs and Lesson Fees

Programs and their fees are configured in Settings → Class Settings → Programs. This is the foundation of your class structure — every class belongs to a program, and the lesson fee is defined at the program level and then inherited to a class.

Program list

The Programs page shows all active programs with:

• Program name
• Waitlists — number of waitlists for this program
• Classes — number of classes currently running under this program
• Fee — the lesson fee (shown as "€X.XX / Per lesson" or "€X.XX / Per month" depending on setup)
• Status — Active or Inactive

Fee inheritance

When you create a class, the lesson fee is inherited from the program. The class creation form shows the fee pre-filled and disabled.

Change program fee

If you change a program's fee, all classes belonging to the program gets the new fee instantly. All lessons billed from the date that you change the price will get the new price immediately.

We advise you to choose a clear breakpoint (for example a new year or at the end of a billing period) to update the prices.
